Expansion of BMW Factory near Chennai
Design Spot has commenced execution of interior works for BMW at their factory premises for the Phase IV expansion at Mahindra World City in Chinglepet near Chennai.
Corporate Office of IAMPL, Bangalore
Design Spot is currently working on the corporate office interiors of IAMPL - a joint venture between Rolls Royce and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Covers fit-out of two floors of office space and partial office space on the Shop Floor.

Design Spot was awarded for Interior Design Excellence by Construction Source India at a gala ceremony held at ITC Taj Gardenia, Bangalore on Sunday, 16th May 2010.
